Review - Princess of Zamibia

Tuesday, March 13, 2018

On the weekend, I realized Delaney Diamond released a new book, so seeing that she's one of my go-to authors, I downloaded the book. I wasn't disappointed.

I enjoyed the chemistry between Kofi and Dahlia and the convoluted path their history took to get them to the point where they ended up together. Plus, a child in the mix always sweetens things.

Kofi is the typical alpha male, who expects everything to go his way because of who he is and the influence he has. Combine that with Dahlia’s feelings for him, the child between them, and the twist that comes later in the story (which provides some anxious moments) and you have the recipe for a fast-paced read.

This romance provided a wonderful escape within the world of Zamibia. Imani, Kofi’s cousin is a spunky character I hope to see more of in another story. The plot of this romance is interesting, the pacing is good, and the characters made me want to root for them. I’ll be looking out for the next book in the series.
