Pipaluk (f)  Pronunciation - pi-PAH-look, the little one, origin – Native American
Piritta (f)    Pronunciation - pee-REE-tah, powerful/strong, origin – Irish

Pentti (m)     Pronuncation - PEHN-ti, the blessed one, origin – Finnish/Latin
Priam (m)     Pronunciation - PRIE-əm, extremely brave, origin - Greek
Proctor (m)  Pronunciation - PRAHK-tər, Steward/caretaker, origin – English/Latin

  3. I loved Proctor (it's on my character name list) - it could work for a surname too! From the girls, Padma has always been a pretty name.

  7. Priam and Padma are the winners here. But Priam wasn't associated with much happiness. I mean that Trojan War and his son and all of that was kind of sad, so I wouldn't saddle a kid with Priam.

  9. Some P names I like are Philip, Phoebe, Purlanti, Persephone, Piri (short for Piroska), Penina, Pearl, Paulina, Peter, Pierre, and Portia.
