Just a quick update to say that
Distraction is featured on Ereader News Today.
The book is on sale for $0.99
for the next few days.
I’ll share the results of this
experiment, as well as some other stuff I’ve learned over the past month. The
craft and business of writing is fascinating stuff.
On other matters, this week is Children’s Book Week and I’m
participating in a giveaway hop on my
other blog.
I also have an ongoing
promotion for the month of May (Child Month in Jamaica) for Christine’s
Odyssey. I’m looking for reviews on that novel, so if you do read it, make sure
you enter the Reviewer’s Reward that comes up in June. Rafflecopter is also below.
a Rafflecopter giveaway
Have a great week!
Yeah, keep us updated on the results. Some things work better than others.

ReplyDeleteYay, can't wait to hear how it works out, and what a great theme for a month. The US should have a children's month.
ReplyDeleteThanke, Elise.
ReplyDeleteMichael, wouldn't that be cool?
Thanks, Julie. That was well worth it.
Thanks, PK. Had a mind to visit you earlier, but got distracted.
Crystal, boy do we need it here in Jamaica. We can be so unkind to our children.
I usually avoid Rafflecopter, but I filled out the first one in your honour. What a mission! Enjoy! All the best. Can't wait to read it! D
ReplyDeleteGreat idea for promotion, hope it gets a lot of coverage. I ejoyed Christine's Odyssey - it deserves promoting!
ReplyDeleteI think I have all your books on my Kindle; I just haven't got around to reading them yet.
ReplyDeleteOK, I'll make Christine's Odyssey a priority while I'm sitting home with a broken ankle.
Good luck with the sales, and giveaway Joy.

Denise, thanks, you know I find Rafflecopter makes life so much easier for running competitions. It does become a little troublesome if you're filling out all the different options. :)
ReplyDeleteThanks, Charmaine. Nothing like putting a little more effort into something that's worth it.
Donna, I'd forgotten about your ankle. Hope it heals in a jiffy and thanks for reading!

Samantha, it seems like a lot, but the Rafflecopter has it all under control. :)
ReplyDeleteThanks, Carol!
Michelle, I've mixed things up a little to see what the results will be.
Your promotion and marketing skills are amazing. You probably need to write a "how to" book for the rest of us!
ReplyDeleteGood luck with all the promo, Joy! Would be interesting to see the results.
